CollabSync is a file synchronization application. To provide its core functionality, the App may request access to the following, only after you grant explicit consent through Google's authorization screen:

• Your basic Google account profile (name and email address) to identify your account.
• Access to files and folders in your Google Drive that you choose to synchronize.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information accessed solely to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session.
• Read, upload, and synchronize the files you select between your device and your cloud storage.
• Display synchronization status within the App.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or file content with third parties for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

3. Data Storage

CollabSync operates primarily on your own device. Authentication tokens and configuration are stored locally on your device. File content is transferred directly between your device and the storage providers you authorize, and is not retained on our servers beyond what is necessary to complete a synchronization operation.

4. Google API Services & Limited Use

CollabSync's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (for example, the cloud storage providers you connect) or when required by law.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

You may revoke CollabSync's access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Uninstalling the App and revoking access removes locally stored credentials. To request deletion of any associated data, contact us using the details below.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Communication with cloud providers uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

CollabSync is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
